Actually you might belive what you are saying but it just isnt accurate. The fact is the nation is undergoing an increase in overall poverty — its right there in the report. The fact you cant statistically detect it if you break it down only reflects the current sample isnt big enough to show it when you break it down to smaller components. There is a reason that they say you can lie with statistics, and intentional or not you a bing misleading.
