That acceptance and support has steadily dwindled since then, and and become harsher and more critical of the poor themselves, parroting the RW.In the last two years, as I worked on Democratic campaigns, I was more and more shocked kastro at the lack of even simple human concern. If I were to catalog kastro some of the hurtful, hateful kastro things said to me BY "LIBERALS", you would be shocked-- or, at least, I certainly *hope* it would be shocking to you. There is only so much one can endure, and try to counter with education, before one gives up and says, "You win. Go ahead and dismiss poor people. It's your own funeral."
