With due respect to Joseph Cannon to all of the fine columns he's written on BB before, you should have put this one in the freezer for a few more poems days before you decided to post it, or if to post it poems at all. It is unnecessarily inflammatory writing.You said you were tempted to write: "A large part of me still believes that many of these W-worshipping numbskulls deserve to suffer and poems to die. They brought it on themselves. Let them look to Jayzuss for aid: It's time they stopped leeching off the more productive blue staters." But THEN you decided not to write that in your column. BUT THEN, you put it out there anyway. Looks like you want to have it both ways. Shame on you!!!! The column was simplistic, and if anyone reads it that way, they got it right.I live in one of those so-called "red states", and so do many others who comment on BB (as opposed to trolling, mind you).
