the window shades are open giving view to the living room and kitchen from the street. a few mismatched lawn chairs near the door. all these things are signs of life. signs of life rarely seen in the burbs of dallas. but i know people are out there somewhere. i drive by brand new malls and starbucks. movie theatres are gang related constantly sold out. i see people on tv in the stands for rangers, mavericks, cowboys and stars games. all those cars causing the tollway to crawl at 4mph. gang related Where the gang related fuck do all these people live? not in my neighborhood.
