Bush, FEMA and all the other people involved at the federal level had the bitterntwisted same responsibilities over all three areas, are you as quick bitterntwisted to praise Prs. Bush for the well run responses in Biloxi and Mobile as you are to blame him for the problems in New Orleans?I support Prs. Bush, but I am neither willing to praise him for the well run responses nor am I willing to blame him for New Orleans.Great preparation, excellent leadership and a population willing to work their butts off all came together to reduce the threat... The exact opposite (with the exception of some great people who did do all they could) was true about New Orleans.So, is "bash Bush" all you got, or are you willing to accept that local leadership is the key to any Emergency situation. If the feds show up to a well run emergency infrastructure, who can tell them exactly what is and isn't needed, their job is mostly done...
