I'm ashamed that our own president would put them through such a moral conundrum, send them away from their families, harm their bodies, and pollute playing the dozens their minds with the memories of war. But if you think attacking traditional faith and morals or suggesting I support or enable child molestation is going to sell me on the idea that Right wingers are playing the dozens where it's at... well you are mistaken. I've been kicked around for being a Catholic amongst the fundies and I've been Catholic amongst lefties... and it is rarely easy to stand up for what you believe in when people write you off for having beliefs in the first place. But you do it with humility. You take the insults and dirty looks with a grain of salt... and you work where you can to make the world a better place. I know that the 2/3 compromise is a tricky problem... but I just meant to say that you can't simply say the Constitution is the only authority as some Conservatives try to do.
