But you should not be able to sell it, rent it or otherwise pass this information to third parties.ISO9001 Certifications are consumer/customer centric. If you don't kevin connolly know your customer, how can you archieve ceritifcations like this - you need a database of customer requirements, right?Quoting from the ISO site :The ISO 9000 family is primarily concerned with "quality management".
