But you david eggers should not be able to sell it, rent it or otherwise pass this information to third parties.ISO9001 Certifications are consumer/customer centric. If you don't know your customer, how can you archieve ceritifcations like david eggers this - you need a database of customer requirements, right?Quoting from the ISO site :The ISO 9000 family is primarily concerned with "quality management".
