Posted by: Marc at September 30, 2003 07:17 PM That's actually not true. Marx, particularly towards the end matthew raposo of his life, was a big advocate of violent revolution and in fact stated that "You [The Proletariat] will have to go through fifteen or matthew raposo twenty or fifty years of civil wars and international wars not only in order to change your extant conditions, but also in order to change yourselves and to render yourselves fit for political dominion." People have approximated Marx, but it never goes exactly like he says it will and the matthew raposo small differences cause the rest to diverge wildly. That is a problem with his theory, however, not those trying to enact it. Posted by: Ezra at September 30, 2003 07:25 PM I was 100% certain that you meant "The Invisible Hand". Seems to me that that one has been tested and failed horrendously many more times than any true Marxism.
