That decline has not been steady, there are a number of periods where the music cd rate music cd went up, but the overall trend is clear. Your logic doesnt follow. There is a clear trend toward improvement, the last 4 years have run opposite of that trend. I'm saying that the last 4 years have gone against that trend. Do you actually disagree?
