Sure, one would hope that with an increase in general prices, the boss would be willing to give them all a raise, right? In that case, things are great. On the other hand, they might not. Demand-pull inflation arises when supposedly "too many dollars are chasing too few goods". This is the type of inflation that supply siders say will result if the unemployment rate is too low.
