Is there a specific term for this kind of thinking, interscope or is it just ‘dumb’? he is spending an itsy-bitsy part of his monopoly interscope profits (the $6 billion spent by Gates foundation is less than 2% of his net worth) to buy some drugs for a fraction of the dying… Yes, I see Palast’s point clearly now.. Bill Gates ONLY gave 2% of his ENTIRE NET WORTH (!!!) to help dying Africans… i see why Mr Gates is an asshole now. Thank you, Mr Palast… I tried to google Palasts net worth and, correspondingly, whether or not 2% of it was sent to help the dying people of Africa. These figures are not available on the net for some reason. Probably because he’s not so much of an asshole as Bill Gates, i’m sure… The bully billionaire’s ‘philanthropic’ organization is currently working paw-in-claw with the big pharmaceutical companies in support of the blockade on cheap drug shipments… If he’s relying on the info in his column to make this case, he is being fucking stupid…
