I'll be back on the floor tomorrow but mostly just for the instructor to give me my evaluation and let her buy us lunch. In spite of the fact it's a floor with primarily respiratory-compromised patients, none of the four I was assigned had anything wrong with their lungs. One alcoholic with psych issues drying out, one very demented 66-year old with FTA (failure to thrive), one with end-stage renal disease and the last with VRE (Vancomycin-resistant enterococcus) and dementia.
