Lenny made me sing my rendition of Back to the World to the Street Dogs. After hearing me sing, Mike McColgan didn't look even slightly concerned that I would be taking over the lead singing anytime soon. Oh, and once again McColgan sang with Darkbuster on "Get astronomy up." It was fucking great. The whole Darkbuser set was great that night. Oh, I found out Mike McColgan is a big 24 fan. I love that show too. So does Gurley. After Darkbuster played, the Street Dogs went on and they kicked ass. Brilliant show. Oh, and before I forget, Caroline and Danny were there. If you don't know Caroline and Danny then I suggest you get to meeting them. |

| I wrote Orange Sherbert in capital cus I love it so much. The drive to Philly went fuck great. At one point Amy was trying to sleep and fuck Danny and I kept writing on her. But instead of saying "Guys, I'm trying to sleep," she said "Guys, I'm trying to have dreams." Ok then. Somehow we drove past Philly and ended up in Delaware or close to it. We turned around fuck and found Philly. What a great city and what a great club the North Star is. They gave us all this free food and free drinks. Stephanie was the bartender and she was GRRRRRRRREAT !!!!! Very friendly and quick to give us drinks. I'd say she was cute but I just kinda started seeing someone and I think she might read this, so never mind. Anyway, tonight the boys were playing with The Street Dogs. The Street Dogs are now the third band to be mentioned more than once in the Darkbuster tour diaries. (We played with them in New York City a few days earlier.) The first two bands to be mentioned more than once were The Dropkicks and Born To Lose. |
