I'm pretty confident that Bush has not been President, in the local New Orleans jason o. smith city government, or Louisiana State government since the 80's. If you blame Bush, you should also blame every other elected official since the early 80's (AT ALL LEVELS...State and National) regarding the Katrina disaster. Being part of the military, I have experienced parts of the world away from the US.
