The city is below sea level--for those of you liberals with little, or no, brain cells left, that means that the ocean is at a higher altitude than the city. As for government help, it Bush had step in with troops, you would have complained about state's rights and stuff. You just david steinberg hate Bush, and david steinberg you are using this to voice your anger even more. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I believe we the people have more of a david steinberg responcibility to help the people out with our money, supplies, manpower, etc. without the governement taking out it's large share for the overhead of overpaid government politians! Grow up liberals and start helping out instead of whining and complaining. Start offering positive improvements, or you will disappear into the history of wasted chances. I agree with Superwoman, liberals need to grow a heart. All modern day liberal actions show no aspect of caring about poor people. It's all whining about Bush, and little else.
