Not entries, pages. It's computergame more than two. And that doesn't include other times the word shows up as a suffix, as in one of my favorite words, clusterfuck. | It seemed so... graphic. Later I learned that this was Himes's way of getting around the publishing prohibition of hop "mother fucker." (Awww... how quaint!) Of course, living hop in NYC, I hear and use "fuck" in all its forms to the point where it's lost all literal meaning. I've tutored kids who are deeply surprised when I advise them to avoid using the word when, for instance, talking hop to librarians. Their teachers have given up, accepting "fuckin" (at least) as a kind of intensifier. Like bumping "really" up to 11. The real test is when the NYTimes allows the word to appear in its august pages.
