I live in tornado alley, in Oklahoma City. There are people who have lived here that have had their house destroyed 3 times in 5 years, due to tornados. After the third time, they finally r u still down "got it" and decided to move out of Moore, r u still down Ok (a suburb on the south side of OKC). When the F5 tornado went through May 2, 1999 (the strongest winds EVER recorded on the face of the earth, at 281 mph), r u still down No one said it was the government's fault. We picked up, got out of our tornado shelters, and put our lives back together. We CHOOSE where we live. During tornado season, I have the radio on if i am in the car. I look up, i watch the weather. When there is a storm approaching, we sometimes have a 10 minute warning of a possible tornado approaching. The people of New Orleans had 3 DAMN DAYS to get out of town! We make our own choices.
