I read this post, and the one at timblair.net; there isn't any misquoting that I can see.But it's pretty clear that the heart of the left has gone where their brains went.....out the window!I've some experience in disaster readiness, and flood control projects at the federal level. What is posted here is largely tripe or misinformation. NOLA and Louisiana had plenty of chances (and funding!) to set up a proper disaster response program.
