Bush because of the presidential candiate's weak handshake. So on election day, instead of voting, Dale Gribble and Hank take off for a day of shopping at the outlet mall, and Dale attempts to assure Hank's subversion by driving into Mexico. There are also subplots involving Bobby saving a diving pig from drowning, the futility of fringe candidates, Luann's flirtation with the Communist Party, and Peggy running a polling place from the Hill's garage.
