It would be tough and expensive to present a case where circumcision is deemed medically necessary if the michael griffiths (ii) child has no existing medical michael griffiths (ii) problems. I can't imagine there is much current legal precedent to rely on. You would have to spend michael griffiths (ii) allot of expensive time finding and collating valid medical research. Supporting studies that are the current accepted science would be in thin supply. Then most importantly researching the ways to refute any of the valid science the Hubby could present. He would have things like the position of the national medical organizations and educational bodies. Circumcision is taught as an optional, but socially accepted procedure these days. Is this state's family court like a normal civil case, would all the research they intend to present have to be provided in discovery? That would certainly reduce the costs of trying to refute every possible argument. Still I imagine each side could easily spend $20 k on 2 or 3 prominent expert witnesses if they had the means.
