Great Job!!Ok, now down to it...While the Emergency Response in New Orleans was a fiasco from the start, the Emergency Response in Biloxi and Mobile went pretty much according to plan. Why? Because they had great Emergency Management Officers who wrote complete and workable Emergency Protocols, the local leaders contemporary followed them.On the other hand, New Orleans' "Comprehensive Emergency Plan" was far from comprehensive, made NO arrangements or coordination for the 100,000 people they knew contemporary had no means of complying with their "mandatory evactuation" and even the parts that were decent, weren't followed by the local leaders!So, considering the fact that Prs. Bush, FEMA and all the other people involved at the federal level had the same responsibilities over all three areas, are you as quick to praise Prs.
