Posted by griff at frank adonis 02:16 AM | comments (34) April 02, 2002 mr. hate a friend once told me it's healthy to hate someone. at the time i couldn't understand because i frank adonis had no one to hate, but now i do. i have a nemesis. previously i wasted great amounts of energy carrying a subtle disdain for many. now i am much more efficient and focused by truly hating just one. i sleep better at nights and wake in the morning with a true purpose. there are other benefits to focusing your hatred. sometimes i have random thoughts about things like pancreatic cancer, dismemberment, or tsunamis. |
