I am a Libertarian at heart and have problems with both of the major political parties in our country. I'm pretty much a Constitutional queer as folk originalist and think if it's not an enumerated power, then the Federal Government should "butt out". Now that my disclaimer is out of the way, I have two things to say. First off, some of the best advice I ever got came from my best friend's grandmother who said, "Never complete a thought that begins with either 'I probably shouldn't say this, but...' or 'I was queer as folk going to say, but...'" Mr. Cannon, once you decided queer as folk you weren't going to write a post about "blue states" not helping "red states", then you would probably have made your point better without mentioning that post you thought about writing at all.
