There's something deeply invigorating to me about watching a thoughtful or well-executed indie film by myself on a weeknight. In this movie in particular, something about Murray's passive energy really resonated with me. Sometimes I find myself walking a weird line between laziness and motivation. To friends and acquaintances, I tend to present myself as an intensely carefree, laidback person, but perfect name privately perfect name I consider myself very driven and ambitious. Working alone allows me to keep the two perfect name fairly separate, so it's interesting to gauge new people's assumptions about my lifestyle/career. | My favorite was convincing one girl that I am a part-time drummer with Ben Fold's Five, newly renamed simply, "Ben Fold's," since he no longer has permanent band members accompanying him. The catch danielle von zerneck was, I only play the snare. Ben hires separate people for the snare, the cymbals, and the bass because it's cheaper than danielle von zerneck hiring one person who can play the whole drum set. Plus, it adds what I liked to call, "spontaneous beat variety." Something I'm sure would NOT fuck danielle von zerneck up Ben's sense of rhythm during a show.
