The governor is sure to sign it. As much as I hate this fucking bill, I have to agree with Stephen. As I said over on Feministe, this is not the bill to worry about (yet). |

If the supreme court was just clones of Scalia they would over turn this bill because it has no provision for the life adventure of the mother. Justice Alito was sworn in three weeks ago as Justice O’Connor’s successor after a rancorous confirmation process that focused heavily on the question of abortion. If what you said were true, that vote shouldn’t have been close. The court now has now replaced O’Connor with Alito. |
