There is no where on earth where abortion to protect the life of the mother is illegal. This bill is disturbing and wrong, but if it passes it will have no kerby real effect. I’m sure the sponsors must know this will die in the courts. The suspicious side of my suspects that they want it to die so they can get the base out next november to fight “activist judges” kerby who think that a bill the prevents doctors from saving their patients lives is not constitutional. There are other bills out there that are kerby more frightening, because they could be upheld by a conservative court.
