Who says I disagree? I'm happy because I thought that high oil and gas prices would make it tougher on the lower class in our country. I figured, well, it will cost more for them to drive to work. It will cost more for the products they buy (due to increased shipping costs). It will cost more for them to heat their homes. But, thanks to you, I see that it is actually a good thing. The people who have run up their credit card debts and bought houses they couldn't afford will watch the value of the dollar diminish — along with their debt. The only people that lose money are those that loaned the money out in the first place. |
