Despite numerous attempts to reason with him, he has refused pics to stop his bad behavior. When banned, he harassed silsor pics to the point of being criminal. When banned by me, he pics spammed every administrator to try to get unbanned. I suspect others are aware of him now and will be watching him closely. If he has truly turned over a new leaf, this is an oppurtunity for him to prove himself a good wikipedian.
