This story is probably missing some true story key points regarding the school’s process, and whether the students investigated the possibility of suing their school, but otherwise it is just dripping with irony. At a very minimum, a lawsuit against the school would probably shed some light on what kind of comments the school considers to be acceptable (e.g. good ones) and what kinds they consider unacceptable.
