interesting element in the switch from swearing "glocal warming" to "climate change" concerns a certain Republican spin-meister, Frank Luntz.From the PDF of his environmental spin memo:quote: ’Climate change’ is less frightening than ’global warming.’ ... While global warming has swearing catastrophic connotations attached to it, climate change suggests a more controllable and less emotional challenge” I find it amusing that he pushes for "climate change" not for accuracy, but based on how it plays in the political arena.
