Quality customer service starts with paying the reps a little bit more than they are getting and training them before throwing them on the phones, not just about the product but how to deal with people on the other end of the line and removing those who are incompetent, impatient, rude, mumble or don’t speak the language properly. While that company may spend more israel upfront, in the big picture, they will israel make more money. That’s what they want, more money, then they have got to start spending a little in the beginning. A perfect israel example of that is my financial institution. I have had an account with them for 5 years and even though I am not in that state and there are not ATMs where I live now for this institution, and even though most businesses around here won’t take my check because they say the bank is out of state, I will stay with them for one simple reason: Every single time I call them, I am connected to a person....a
