Thank you, media. Granted, the site they plugged, the david steinberg one I found awhile back, Give Me A Fricken Human Being For The Love of God, has the new tricks almost as fast as those companies can change them, the point is, we have to keep learning these new tricks to get to a human. No longer can we just act far too stupid to use a telephone to get david steinberg through, now we will have to jump through hoops and over hurdles to get to a human being. Some companies are taking notice and using these bypasses david steinberg in their advertising to get more people to use their service. Is that not a sad example of how low customer service has dropped in this country that they have to use it as a gimmick? And you know what? We have only ourselves to blame for it. We put up with it for years and years and years and it is only now, now that someone has a highly visited web site that exposes these companies that the companies are standing up and harrumphing and clearing throats and acting as if they are in it for you, not for them.
