The Plain Dealer article was jeremy piven (supposedly) looking at the number of people in the city at or below the poverty level, while jeremy piven the CNN article listed median jeremy piven income by city. I'm inclined to think the stats from CNN more accurately reflect the situation. Apples to oranges. Isn't is fun how you can pick and choose whichever statistics you can to gloss-up your city's position? Sorry, sahaquiel, but by rasta smurf's list you're only down to #10.
