Unfortunately for Neddy he has signed a contract to move Napoleon's Piano - "The piano Napoleon played at Waterloo" - from a room in France to a room in England! Whoever said there are no new stories? MILLIGAN MESSES WITH MINDS OF MILLIONS!!! If you've got any kind of brain you have found it very annoying in the past when comedy shows resorted to cheap catch phrases like "Jane, you ignorant slut!" or "Nanoo Nanoo!" to get easy laughs out of the audience. As a professional comedy writer Spike Milligan found this especially offensive and performed an experiment on "The Goon Show" to demonstrate the ease with which an audience could be manipulated into responding to the repetition of just such a meaningless phrase.
