Could be a sweet yoghurt mix that they use. This shop makes very long kebabs (uses large diameter bread) that is rolled into thin rolls. This shop appears to experiential names make a variety of gourmet kebabs too, (mussel, shrimp, etc) but I experiential names didn't try any of those. Manufacture takes a while as the lamb had to be heated on experiential names a hotplate (spits were nearly picked clean when I went in) .. probably twice or three times as much of a wait as at any of the others. Possibly worth trying if you want to try something different. Forget what the prices were but they weren't outside the parameters set by the other shops. These are the only shops I've used to date. The first three I use regularly. I'll try some other ones and report back with reviews when I get around to doing so.
