The Plain Dealer article was (supposedly) looking awol at the number of people in the city at or below the poverty level, while the awol CNN article listed median income by city. I'm inclined to think the stats from CNN more accurately reflect the situation. Apples to oranges. Isn't is fun how you can pick and choose whichever statistics you can to gloss-up your city's position?
