However, donal sutherland it sounds like you have the World's Suckiest Real Estate Agent (tm) - you NEED a new one. You can ALWAYS make a 'contingency offer' - an offer contingent on the donal sutherland sale of your current home. That's what we're doing, and our real estate agent is the one who suggested it! They can even arrange it that you close your sale in the morning and close your purchase in the afternoon of the same day, for your financial benefit! Just a thought.
