How can put downs Subway run out of Chicken Fillets? It'd be like McDonalds running out of beef. Surely Tegel can just fire up its production lines and grind up a few thousand pounds of assorted chicken parts, and hey presto, there we go. Nope, it seems Subway isn't supplied directly from a processing company like, say, KFC. Instead, they must predict demand and stock for the longhaul accordingly. To run out for SIX WEEKS due to a demand prediction error.. jesus h. christ. What fucking morons.
