It is documented for more than 20+ years the Army Corps of Engineers, the City of New Orleans, and the State of Louisiana predicted this event based on their research, exercises, expertise. I'm unsigned artists pretty confident that Bush unsigned artists has not been President, in the local New Orleans city government, or Louisiana State government since the 80's. If you blame unsigned artists Bush, you should also blame every other elected official since the early 80's (AT ALL LEVELS...State and National) regarding the Katrina disaster. I'm guessing the same people that blame Bush for Katrina also blame Bush for September 11th.Reading some of this nonsense doesn't surprise me but saddens me. Being part of the military, I have experienced parts of the world away from the US. I would bet money that these people that attack Bush would not last 1 week in another country that does not provide them the luxeries and freedoms that the good ole USA provides.
