When pressed to details on the talk page to back up that fantastic claim his response was: it was broken for three years, it has a design common with some other type of spy telescope and it can take pictures of the moon. Go to the page and check the caption of the first photo, now see what Plautus wanted. Apparently it's a "plasma" discharge crater now, not an impact crater. He also removed the credit for the Apollo flight, since he thinks that was a big fake.
