You’re right, but Gates is playing the humanitarian role and has the means to affect some change on this in a specific case. He isn’t doing that though. Seriously, why do you feel it neccesary to point out that even though someone is giving 6 billion to help poor people, he might not be able to walk on water and heal leperosy? Honestly? I don’t see any point in digging through financial documents to find examples so you can say that it is unfounded in this case but to deny it happens regularily would be naive.
