I just played like I was far too retarded to understand pushing buttons and I would always get someone within a minute. Only rarely does that still not work. (Believe me, I call companies all day long.) Every once in awhile tour I will come across a company that has an automated system that will not function if I do this. Every once in awhile I come across a company that will simply hang up on you if you don’t press a button. Every once tour in awhile I come across a tour company that will not accept “0” as an acceptable response. To those companies I say, “You have terrible customer service.” It’s frustrating to a consumer who wants one, little, tiny question answered that we should have to go through the fricken Spanish Inquisition just to get to a live human being. That, to me, is NOT quality customer service.
