Your first obligation is to take care of yourself, then your second obligation is to take yayhooray care and help others. 90% of poor poeple choose to be that way, although they may not know it. I make 16K a year, and that clasifies me as being poverish. BUT I TAKE CARE OF MYSELF AND DON'T DEPEND ON ANYONE ELSE!
