| I don’t know the whole answer to that question, but I think I understand part of the answer, which I have already hinted at. The types of persons who disliked eugenics were I suspect exactly the kinds of persons who believed in inherent value to human life, wherever that porn gay men mature belief may have come from (very commonly it was a religious idea, but it certainly need not be).
