I finished going through it about 8 years ago (when I was 44). Still get the odd hot flash, although not as severe as when I went through it. Used to wake up at night soaking wet from sweats and mitchell couldn't stand anyone near mitchell me because of their body heat. Everyone would have a big warm sweater on and I would be walking around in my shorts in February. I still can't stand it being too warm in the house. I now keep the thermostat at about 65 especially at night. The beauty of life at 52. |

| Well, I didn't fall but did 3 very ungraceful wierd "running" steps where I wasn't sure I was going to remain upright. I had a bag of groceries in each hand and my coworker had a bag in her hand that was closest to me and children's hair styles she swings her grocery bag at me like it's going to keep me from falling.
