| I maintained over the holidays, and worked hard this last week to get back on track. I hate to make resolutions because it seems to me that sets me up for failure and guilt, but I have made some "commitments" that I hope will get me back on track and get the 20 lbs. off that I have been "playing" with for a moms fucking young boys year or so. Of course, it turned all shades and I had to moms fucking young boys give a presentation so I wore a purple dress to match my eye! ;-}My goal for the new year is to do what helped me successfully lose weight initially: keep a food journal, exercise, and attend WW meetings. This last week at the meeting we discussed our successes over the last year. Usually, I'm a positive person, but when it comes to my weight sometimes I fall into negative self-talk. It reminded me that changing a word can often make a difference. |
