| Who says I disagree? I'm happy because I thought that songs high oil and gas prices would make it tougher on the lower class in our country. I figured, well, it will cost more for them to drive to work. It will cost more for the products they buy (due to increased shipping costs). It will cost more for them to heat their homes. But, thanks to you, I see that it is actually a good thing. The people who have run up their songs credit card debts songs and bought houses they couldn't afford will watch the value of the dollar diminish — along with their debt. The only people that lose money are those that loaned the money out in the first place. But there is one part that still concerns me. They still have to make the same mortgage payment. They now have to pay more for food, gas and utilities, but they make the same amount of money. Sure, one would hope that with an increase in general prices, the boss would be willing to give them all a raise, right? In that case, things are great. On the other hand, they might not. |
