You agree that Sponsor shall not be responsible for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the winner's sole responsibility. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY recipes OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). FURTHER DOCUMENTATION. If Sponsor shall desire to secure recipes additional assignments other documents as Sponsor may reasonably require in recipes order to effectuate the purposes and intents of these Official Rules, then each entrant agrees to sign the same upon Sponsor’s request therefor. NO OBLIGATION TO USE. Sponsor shall have no obligation (express or implied) to use the winning Music Track or continue the use or exploitation thereof, and Sponsor may at any time abandon the use of the winning Music Track for any reason, with or without legal justification or excuse, and the person or band who submitted the winning Music Track shall not be entitled to any damages or other relief by reason thereof.
