One thing that always surprises my parents (and me) when I go home is how ingrained casual swearing has become for me. I am always catching myself to late saying things like "why the fuck..." before its to late. I can't help it, it's like puncutation for me. Damn, I'm fucked up. I always thought the music that didn't swear was a lot more effective. Compare, for example, Guns and Roses 'I used to love her' to rap that swears excessivly. |
